Hello and welcome. Therapy offers a chance to heal, to grow, and to change. My goal as a  therapist is to meet my clients where they are, work with them on identifying goals, and walk with them on their journey toward healing and wellness. I offer a safe space for this therapy journey. I am deeply committed to improving the quality of life for my clients and have been drawn to this profession by my desire to help others. It is a  privilege and honor to work with someone in therapy. I cherish being a part of their life and journey.

I view therapy as a partnership between client and therapist. My approach is collaborative and strengths-based. Because of the many positions I have held in the social work field, I pull from various evidence-based treatment modalities I have training in, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I enjoy partnering with clients to identify the best approach to help them meet their goals and will use various strategies to find out what works best for you.

I primarily work with adults experiencing depression, anxiety, grief, loss, trauma, and adjustment issues. I also have availability for adolescents aged 13+ and families,  working with adolescents and parents on behavioral issues and family relationships.

I was born and raised in Washington. I graduated with a MSW from the University of  Washington in December 2010. I have worked in the social work/mental health field for over 21 years in various settings, including community mental health, government social services, home health, and hospital social work. I have experience providing individual and group therapy and am excited to begin providing family therapy. I am happy to be at Counseling Services for Wellbeing and to see adolescents, adults, and families in my practice. Feel free to reach out by phone or email with any questions.

I am looking forward to hearing from you.
