Licensed Mental Health Professional Wanted for Group Practice (Burien, Greenlake and Smokey Point, Remote)

Counseling Services for Wellbeing is currently seeking for Licensed Mental Health Professionals to join us in our group private practice. Part Time and Full Time Positions are available depending on your desired income and workload. Enjoy work-life balance by working with our group. We have offices located in Burien, Greenlake Seattle and the Smokey Point area with opening positions at each location. We also have Remote Telehealth openings for clinicians looking to offer virtual services while receiving structure and support from our team of administrative professionals.

Advantages of working with our group: We will handle all your credentialing needs, scheduling, billing, and collections. You will have full administrative support, help with your business including client retention and more. By accepting patient insurance plans your annual revenue can average between 60-150K per year for a Masters level therapist, 100-400K for nurse practitioners (20-40 patient hours per week). Many providers exceed those estimates—your success depends on your own practice management efforts.

We will mentor and guide you every step of the way. You can focus on are your clients and have the time and energy you need to provide the best mental health services around!

Qualifications:

  • Psychotherapist with recent experience in a therapeutic setting.
  • LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, PhD, PsyD, PMHNP — All specialties are invited to apply
  • LMFTA, LMHCA, LSWAIC are encouraged to apply as well!

We are looking for a clinician that is excited about growing their own business within our business. This may include some marketing for your individual business and shared brand, collaborative team meetings and consult groups. This practice is an expansion of Counseling Services for Wellbeing, a thriving independent private practice. We wish to maintain our extensive referral base and add specialties.

We aim for a truly collaborative group practice, sharing and collaborating for the needs of the community. Other offerings in our clinic stem from a holistic health perspective. Our clients have the opportunity for services to support the whole person.

Compensation is a fair percentage of income brought in by billable hours, to be discussed upon contracting.
