Make the first step towards a better you.

Maybe your relationship has become a source of stress and anxiety. You’re walking on eggshells, afraid of another conflict. Simple conversations escalate quickly, and you want to communicate better—but you don’t know how. Or perhaps you’ve lost touch with the person you used to be—the one with energy, interests, and passions. Anxiety and trauma are running your life, and you’re unsure how to regain control. You don’t have to go through this alone. Whether you’re struggling with relationships, family conflicts, parenting challenges, trauma, or personal difficulties, you deserve support.

I practice Solution-Focused therapy and incorporate elements of the Gottman Method for relationship work. Together, we can identify and harness these resources to create a more fulfilling, meaningful life aligned with who you are when you are at your best.

For PTSD, trauma-related distress, and phobias, I offer Rewind Trauma Therapy—a highly effective, non-intrusive technique that helps reprocess traumatic memories through guided imagery—without requiring you to relive or disclose painful experiences. This method can provide relief in just a few sessions.

I work with individuals, couples, and families. Culture, identity, and spirituality can be important aspects of a person’s life, and I will always strive to welcome a person’s full self. My practice is sensitive to religious, spiritual, and cultural diversity, and I am LGBTQ+ friendly.

As your therapist, I aim to provide a warm, welcoming space where you feel safe to share openly without fear of judgment. My goal is for you to leave each session feeling heard, supported, and respected.

Reaching out for help can feel daunting, but taking that first step is a courageous act of self-care. I look forward to meeting you!
