Hi! My name is Trent Landenberger, and I look forward to walking alongside you on your journey toward healing and growth.I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate (LMFTA) with a strong foundation in relational and systems-based care.
Background:
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Theology from Colorado Christian University and a Master of Science in Family Therapy, which together shape my holistic and values-informed approach to mental health. With experience counseling individuals, couples, and families, I am passionate about helping clients navigate life’s challenges with clarity, resilience, and hope.
Approach
My work is grounded in a warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed therapeutic style. I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to explore their experiences. I take a strengths-based and insight-oriented approach, helping clients better understand themselves, their relationships, and the patterns that influence their lives.
I integrate evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Structural Family Therapy, and Narrative Therapy. By tailoring treatment to each individual and family system, I support clients in developing effective coping strategies, reframing unhelpful narratives, and fostering meaningful, lasting change.
I work with adults, adolescents, couples, families, and veterans, and I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship concerns, life transitions, and severe mental illness. I am particularly attentive to the ways personal history, relationships, and life circumstances intersect, and I aim to help clients move toward greater connection, stability, and well-being.
Closing
Driven by a genuine desire to support others, I approach therapy with compassion, curiosity, and deep respect for each client’s unique story. It is an honor to partner with individuals and families as they work toward healing, growth, and more fulfilling lives
