Hi, I’m Michele (she/her, they/them), and I work with people who are tired of shrinking themselves just to feel accepted. If you’ve ever felt like you were “too much” or “not enough,” especially in your relationships, you’re in the right place.
I’m a Marriage and Family Therapy Associate, and my work centers folks in nontraditional relationships—polyamorous, ENM/CNM, kinky, queer, questioning—and those who want to explore intimacy, identity, and communication without judgment. I don’t do “fixing.” I do curiosity, consent, clarity, and connection.
Therapy with me is conversational and real. We’ll talk about the stuff that’s hard to say out loud—desire mismatches, boundaries that feel murky, identity questions, emotional stuck points, and the ways you want to show up differently (in relationships, or just with yourself). You don’t have to be anyone other than who you are. If anything, I want to help you get closer to that version.
My background includes a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Capella University, a Bachelor’s in Psychology with an ABA focus, and specialized training in couples and sex therapy, LGBTQ+ affirmative care, and kink-aware practice. I’m also a parent, a writer, and a lifelong learner who believes that your relationships don’t have to look “normal” to be healthy, secure, or deeply fulfilling.
I offer in-person sessions in San Antonio, virtual therapy across Texas, and virtual services in Washington.
