We don’t always have control over what happens to us in life, but we do have control over how we choose to respond to them. When we know ourselves and family patterns and have the power to own our own history, we are better equipped to meet these challenges and establish healthy patterns. I believe in a person-centered, integrative, strengths-based, bio- psychosocial approach. Regardless of your story, it is your own, and as such, you are the expert. My role is to help assist you along your journey by helping to facilitate a deeper understanding of who you are while reminding you of the importance of self-compassion and self-care.


I have experience in Infant & Early Childhood Mental Health, working with adults, infants, children, teens, & their families navigating trauma, divorce, relationship issues, ASD, ADHD, grief, and anxiety. I have worked with all kinds of family structures and individuals from all walks of life to help support stronger individuals and families by increasing communication, understanding, and resiliency.


Picking a therapist is an extremely personal and important decision. Our stories can be hard and even harder to share. Sharing them requires a great deal of trust and vulnerability.
