Welcome! I’m Adina. Originally from New York, I received my BA in Psychology from Brandeis University before making my way to the beautiful Pacific Northwest. In Seattle, I earned a Master’s degree in Couple and Family Therapy from Antioch University.

During my clinical internship at Sound Health, I provided therapy for diverse clients, including children, adolescents, families, and adults. My experience includes leading groups and providing school-based counseling. I also gained clinical experience interning with various crisis hotlines and domestic violence agencies. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapy Associate (LMFTA) working towards full licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

My therapeutic approach is warm, collaborative, strengths-based, and solution-focused. I firmly believe my clients possess the resources, strengths, and capabilities to achieve their goals. Together, we can identify and harness these resources to create a more fulfilling, meaningful life aligned with who you are when you are at your best.

Psychotherapy is a collaborative journey where clients and therapists co-construct goals by continuously evaluating and adapting to evolving needs. I prioritize listening carefully to your desired outcomes and exploring effective pathways to achieve them. I integrate various therapeutic modalities, including solution-focused therapy, narrative therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical-behavior therapy (DBT), and the Gottman method, tailoring our approach to your unique needs.

Culture, identity, and spirituality can be essential aspects of a person’s life, and I will always strive to welcome a person’s entire self. My practice is sensitive to religious, spiritual, and cultural diversity and is LGBTQ+ friendly. Additionally, I offer gender-exploratory therapy for those interested.

I work with families, couples, adults, and adolescents (14+), and I use a mix of age-appropriate treatments such as talk therapy, play therapy, art therapy, and bibliotherapy. I look forward to meeting you and embarking on this journey of growth and healing together!
