Approach
At times, life can be incredibly difficult. We all experience periods of pain, struggle, and uncertainty. Yet, I am continuously inspired by the strength and resilience of people who have endured deep suffering and still found their way to peace and acceptance.
I view therapy as a shared journey, grounded in deep listening, genuine presence, and respect for your lived experience. My approach integrates elements of Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Strengths-Based Therapy (SBT) with the goal of alleviating suffering and helping you discover greater meaning and purpose in life. Because every person’s path is unique, I tailor each session to fit your individual needs, blending approaches that best support your healing and growth.
I believe that authentic connection is essential in life-it deepens understanding, drives growth, and creates lasting impact. I look forward to connecting and together creating a safe space for exploration of life’s challenges with clarity and compassion.
