Cara Hamilton, PMHNP-BC

As a Board Certified- Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), I perform psychiatric assessments, manage and prescribe medication, as well as discuss and preform therapies tailored to your individual needs. First and foremost, I believe in patient-centered care. I find that positive outcomes most frequently occur when the patient’s voice is prioritized throughout the development of treatment plans. I recognize that this is their mental illness, their body and mind, their life. As a provider, my job is to essentially serve as a guide and resource so my patients and I can make informed decisions about treatment that utilizes least restrictive measures while optimizing safety and functionality.

Issy Kleiman, MA, LMFT

My approach to therapy is warm, non-judgmental, collaborative, and conversational. The theoretical orientations that I generally work from include: family systems, structural and symbolic experiential. I often incorporate additional concepts and approaches to best meet the needs of my clients. As a licensed marriage and family therapist in the State of Washington, I work with couples and families as they try to navigate the communication struggles and stalemates that may present in their relationships. In addition, I have extensive experience working with children, teens, and adults who present with a wide range of emotional and behavioral concerns.
