I believe that all relationships have their own unique strengths and challenges, and my goal is to help you build on those strengths while addressing the challenges in a compassionate and non-judgmental way.
When I’m not working with clients, I prioritize self-care and balance in my personal life. I enjoy being outside, whether it’s a walk around the neighborhood, hiking, or paddle boarding. On a typical quiet day at home, you can find me enjoying crochet to unwind and tap into my creative side or playing video games as a way to escape from the stresses of the day. Ultimately, I believe that self-care is about finding what brings you joy and recharging your batteries in a way that works for you.
My dog’s name is Fern and she is the Mini Aussie in the featured photo. She loves being a hooligan on adventures as much as being a potato in bed. She keeps me company in my home office and will make the occasional cameo.
