For whatever has brought you here, I am so glad you have made it. Therapy may seem daunting, uncomfortable, or overwhelming, but I believe that we find our greatest moments of change in those great moments of challenge. My goal in therapy is to, first and foremost, give you the space to come as you are and have the space to be heard. I am passionate about helping people find healing, become empowered, and walk through and overcome those things that are creating chaos in their lives. We are uniquely shaped by our journey in life, including the trials and perseverance, but also by our passions, interests, and outlooks. I want to know who you are and what speaks to you and find a way to personalize your therapy experience. I use an eclectic and creative approach, drawing from modalities such as person-centered, mindfulness, CBT, SFBT, DBT, parts work, art, sand tray, and more to help you on your journey. I believe therapy is a joint approach that can include moments of crying, laughter, pain, breakthroughs, challenges, and healing.
I also offer Christian/Faith-based counseling for those who would like to incorporate this into therapy.
